1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Adrienne Pellegrino, doing business as Pin Data Connect ("Pin Data Connect," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of pindataconnect.com and our related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pin Data Connect lets you connect a Pinterest Business account and generate Pinterest-compatible product catalogs and feeds from website URLs and product metadata you provide. Pin Data Connect is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Pinterest, Inc. or its affiliates. Your use of Pinterest's platform and APIs through our Service remains subject to Pinterest's own terms, developer policies, and merchant guidelines, and you are responsible for complying with them.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate registration information, to keep your password confidential, and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@pindataconnect.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Connecting Your Pinterest Account

To use core features of the Service, you must authorize Pin Data Connect to access your Pinterest Business account via Pinterest's OAuth flow. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access, and you are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of the product data, catalogs, and feeds you create through the Service. You may revoke our access at any time from Settings or directly through your Pinterest account. See our Privacy Policy for details on how Pinterest data is stored and protected.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Paddle as Merchant of Record

The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis. All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. This means your purchase is made from and billed by Paddle, and is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms. Paddle handles sales tax/VAT collection, invoicing, and payment card processing on our behalf.

Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period at the then-current price until canceled. You can cancel at any time using the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt/confirmation email, or by contacting support@pindataconnect.com. Canceling stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.

6. Refunds & Cancellation

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (b) use the Service to violate Pinterest's API terms, developer policies, or any applicable law; (c) share your account credentials with third parties or resell access to the Service without our written consent; (d) attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure; or (e) use the Service to upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent product data.

8. Data Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your account and Pinterest data, including salted password hashing, encryption of Pinterest access tokens at rest (AES-256-GCM), signed and replay-protected payment webhooks, and encrypted (HTTPS) data transmission. 9. Service Availability & Third-Party Dependencies

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and we are not responsible for outages, rate limits, API changes, or account restrictions imposed by Pinterest, Paddle, or any other third-party platform we depend on. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or misuse the Pinterest API. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that product feeds generated through the Service will be accepted, approved, or maintained by Pinterest.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pin Data Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
